Opaque maternity tights that don't fall down!

Do such things exist? I have bought a selection of the Emma Jane ones (£6-£8 a pair) from JoJo Maman Bebe and they all fall down and I end up with the gusset half way down my thighs and wrinkles at the knees and ankles a la Nora Batty.

Any recommendations please? I am refusing to pay Spanx prices! Anything around the £7 a pair mark would be fine, but I suppose I would pay more if the tights lasted well. I have tried buying a bigger size in normal tights and opushing them down to my hiops, or even cutting the front panel out, but they're too long for me at 5 foot 1 inch, and so they still end up wrnking down my legs.

My Mothercare ones come right over my 30 week bump and could tuck under my bra band if they started to slip...

They don't exist IME.

You gotta wear pants over them, and be Super Pregnant Woman Grin

I'm another one to recomend mothercare maternity tights. Soooo comfy! I bought two pairs at 20 weeks and they wash so well that they saw me through working life until 36 weeks. A good buy in my book!
