have got work stuff going round and round in my head. I wrote a list of things to do tomorrow at about two am and had some milk but no joy yet.
To get to sleep at first I read till 1145pm but unfortunately dd (3) woke up at 1 ish and I have been awake since then.
Help please, any tips?
Am now on sofa going to read some more...

No tips but I'm in the same boat. I'm 19 weeks. Got to sleep easily but ds woke at 2ish & I'm now wide awake. Arghh. So frustrating

Rubbish isn't it Buns. We'll be so tired tomorrow...

Yup, I suffered from insomnia in both my previous pregnancies. Always manage to get back to sleep about 6, half an our before I need to get up.

Hips are killing me tonight too, moan moan moan Grin

Me too. I toss and turn for about two hours before dropping off then wake up every hour needing to pee. It's the least fun..

Not much help I know... Blush

Is physical discomfort a problem? I've found sleeping on top of a duvet as well as under one massively helpful, and those pregnancy pillows are worth it. I am now overdue, and having my body really properly comfortable when I drop off still reduces the amount I need to wake and up wee.

Bath before bed and hot milk also good for winding down.
