10 weeks pregnant, mastitis type pains in breasts

hi everyone, I'm 10 weeks pregnancy with DC2 and my breasts have been tender from the start, but nothing too horrendous, some days worse than others. However last few days they are painful, only way I can describe them is like the start of mastitis, burning pain deep in the breast and it's in both breasts. Has anyone else had this? I don't see how it can be mastitis, but just only way I know how to describe the feeling/ pain. It's getting so bad I want to scream if my little boy even brushes against them when I pick him or give him a cuddle.

Any advise ?

Just the breast tissue developing. I was hoping to not have any pain as I got pregnant the same month I stopped BF but no!

I had this too - almost ,my first pregnancy sign. In my case, a bigger bra helped - I wasn't aware that the old one was tighter, until I had changed. They weren't falling out or bulging, but I seemed to need the space.

Just a thought. Am now 23w and it has settled down, with just hyper sensitive nipples. And they get bigger and bigger and bigger...
