My LO was going utterly mental about then too. Reaching over 100 movements a day wasn't uncommon. SHe's now calmed a bit and is usually about 50-90. BUT if you're worried, ring your MW. If you have any other (however small) things, mention them (like pains anywhere, feeling feint, whatever). They have a lot of room at 22wks and could just be zipping about in there bashing off things.

I've found keeping a kick diary helped, splitting the day into 3h slots (and a longer one for sleeping). One thing I found, was that the more I was on my feet or stressed, the quieter she was at the time, but she'd make up for it when I was still...so usually 4am-8am. My LO ended up going very very quiet for about 16h and I ended up hooked to a doppler...she was fine, as was I, and I felt like a prat going in to be monitored, but, well, it was worth it.
BUT as I've said, it's not worth the stress, ring the MW who can ask some questions and reassure you.
