Hello, I keep reading warnings about the use of certain herbs during pregnancy and I am confused! For example, it says in numerous places that you should avoid chamomile oil and also chamomile tea. But I've noticed there are loads of beauty products specifically for stretch marks and general skincare during pregnancy that contain chamomile oil!! Should I be worried or cautious? I am assuming that the amount of oil in a body lotion is minimal in comparison to an aromatherapy oil used during a massage, but please can anyone clarify this?
Thanks!

That how I thought it worked, aromatherapy oil is very concentrated and the stuff you get in general creams ect is tiny.

I've never heard that. And in the first 16 wks I lived off various forms of chamomile tea cos it's all I could stomach!!!
