Is this normal??

I am just wondering we will be 17 weeks pregnant on Sunday and first thing in the morning my bump appears non existant but I look flabby then my the end of the day it looks huge and is still flabby. Shouldn't my bump be firm by now and a consistant size?

My bump wasnt firm and nice and round till about 22 weeks, you just wait a few weeks and it will pop out a lot. But then again it depends on how the baby is lying and also how your womb and muscles hold the baby.

I didn't get a bump first time until 20 weeks plus. Before that it was usually bloating!

No very common to get more bloated through the day. Plus my bump only became firm much later than that but can't remember when...

fanjodisfunction I hadn't thought of that before I think this LO lays in very funny positions quite a lot of the time.

I am just having a good feel of bump and it appears firm underneath and ay night it is firmer than the daytime but still look fat.
