Am I over-reacting? Our oven is crap. It takes forever to cook anything - about 4 hours for a chicken! I've been cooking one since about 4. I checked it about 10 minutes before dp came in - it was still quite pale and when I tipped the pan loads of blood ran out from inside it. DP comes in, stabs it with a knife and says the juices are clear and has taken it out. I'm refusing to eat it. Would you?
