Hi, my best friend has just had a successful 12 week scan after successful IVF treatment - yeah! - and I am making her a pregnancy survival kit.

She loves rom com novels so I want to include one that includes a nice tale of pregnancy, I can't remember any of the ones I read during my pregnancy 6 years ago so can anyone recommend one?
The fluffier and nicer the better!

My sister gave me Shopaholic and Baby to read when I was I was pregnant with DD. I laughed all the way through it!

Yeah it is! I might actually dig it out from somewhere and read it again!

I second all of those books above! I read them all whilst pg with dd1 and loved them!

I just read The Yorkshire Pudding Club (it is about pregnancy, I promise!)

Thanks everyone, we are both fans of the Shopaholic books so I know she has already read Shopaholic and Baby. I will look them up on amazon now then and order one.
btw I've thought of another book that I read years ago - Babyville by Jane Green - really good!

'Something Blue'....sequel to 'Something Borrowed'
'The Fat Ladies Club' is a real life account by a group of pregnant ladies, al doing a chapter each in turn. Written rom/co m style, not textbook

Mel from Sue and Mel did some good maternity books too,
