I'm pretty convinced that I've felt baby move at 13 weeks in first pregnancy and (shhhhhh) 11weeks in this one. V low down, just where uterus is, a gentle tapping type sensation on the inside.

I generally tend to notice it when lying on my side but leaning over to the front if you see what I mean and in the early hours of the morning when there are no other distractions. Through the rest of the day? Not a hope!

Heavensmells · 14/11/2011 20:33

I felt my dc3 move at 14 weeks.

Inspirachion · 14/11/2011 20:34

I think I felt first dc that early too so I would say absolutely possible Smile

mumt1 · 14/11/2011 20:35

I felt this one, 2nd pregnancy, move at 11 weeks. All is possible! X

jumpyjan · 14/11/2011 20:40

I felt DS moving really early. Midwife said it was because the placenta was at the back. Also once I met him I could see why as he is a wiggly fidgety little boy and has got strong little legs.

Dozeyland · 14/11/2011 21:09

Yeah its like a tapping! i started to feel it last week but i though "could it be"?

And i definitely think it is now, especially seeing the scan. strong movements!

I felt something fluttery on my right side on Sat (13+5). Mentioned it at my midwife appointment and she didn't think I was mad... mine are twins but wouldn't really make it more likely as at this stage they have as much space as singletons (just that I look about 6 weeks further on than I am) - it was def the bottom one though, he/she was a wriggler at the u/s, took about 15 minutes for the sonographer to get him/her to sit still long enough for a decent sounding of the heart!

Rikalaily · 15/11/2011 08:10

I felt no.1 at 14 weeks, no.2 & 3 at 11 weeks and no.4 from 12 weeks. Totally possible to feel them that early.

Yummymummyyobe1 · 15/11/2011 12:12

Same here I was about 13 weeks when we got the first flutters and as for the day we listened into the LO's heartbeat i felt baby move and asked the MW if that possible at 14 weeks she asked to tell me when I felt something so I did & she pointed out the noise of baby moving.

Sandra2011 · 15/11/2011 12:18

I felt 1st baby at 18 weeks, 2nd at 13 weeks.

samwellsbutt · 15/11/2011 12:33

i did too. just got stronger and stronger. the midwife at 16/18 wks was saying you may be feeling some butterfly like sensations in your stomach. i was like really tell that to the elephant in there.

bintofbohemia · 15/11/2011 12:35

I think you start to feel them earlier on 2+ pregnancies, I was nearly 19wks the first time and about 14 the second. Dunno whether that's because you know what you're looking for or whether there's a physical reason for it?

PurpleWithaBlueBun · 15/11/2011 12:54

Yes I did, occasionally by 13, definitely by 15 and getting booted by 17, 2nd pg.

lalabaloo · 15/11/2011 19:38

I'm 15 weeks (first baby) and feeling strange pressure/weird tapping low down, I thought I was going mad but maybe not...

kickingking · 15/11/2011 19:46

I think I could feel my second baby at 14 weeks.
