After an initial product delay due to the manufacturer, I waited in for a delivery that never came. No call from them to say it would not be coming. Pathetic customer service, unsatisfactory response from CS representative. Apparently the goods were not even in the delivery depot even though they originally gave me the delivery date and time. Wish I was in a position to cancel the order but baby is due this Thursday so no chance to look elsewhere. Have sent an email and postal complaint, I wait to see how they respond.

You are doing it well to hold it together, I would have threatened death or at the very least a call to trading standards which I am lead to believe is worse.

Another option could be watchdog and see what else happens (usually they give "goodwill gestures"

Phone them up daily, ask to speak to the manager.

Mothercare are shite. Fact.

They're not long for the high street, I reckon.

Hope that you get this sorted though.

I was let down at last minute with the pram. Was given a cash refund and went to independent with own warehouse and chose stuff that was in stock. It wasn't MC that let me down BTW.
