'vibration' in top of bump?

Strange one...

I'm 35+5 and for the past few weeks I have been feeling a vibration at the top of my bump, just near my rib cage. Baby is head down

It feels like when you use a slendertone abs belt... I can't really describe it other than a vibration

Has anyone else felt this? I think my mw will think I'm mad!

Ha! No way - I'm 35+6 and yesterday I had exactly the same thing. Felt almost like buzzing, or blowing a raspberry from the inside. Thought I was turning into a fruitloop tbh!

Yes!!

I thought I was too at first, but I have been having it for a few weeks now on and off, it prob lasts up to a minute, and last night I had about 3 of them in a row!

So glad its not just me!

I'm 35+3 and had that last week!!! :) so good to know I am not the only one! I wonder what it is though?!?

Oooo must be quite common then, at first I thought it may have been Bh or realllly mild contractions (as its the feeling you get before your muscles contract using an ab belt), but my stomach wasn't hard so I have no idea lol

Going to ask mw next week, but I know she will think I'm crazy!

Yummybunny - braxton hicks (which are effectively practice contractions) can start happening anytime from around 20 weeks so it's not scary at all. For what it's worth, I don't think this is anything to do with contractions though. Felt very different in my case :)
