Bounty pack - worth it?

Hi,
At my booking in appt, I got given a Bounty pack. It had various info in it, not had a proper look yet and a few tea bags. Also contained a form to fill in and hand into Boots or Sainsburys which MW said will get me another pack.
Is it worth it?
Or am I going to have endless mail from them?

Ive not had any marketing materials from them but didn't find it worthwhile 1 nappy and tiny samples of anti bac gel didn't make wading through all the adverts less of a waste of time

just tick the boxes asking for no mail/emails. you do get some good freebies in them sometimes.

i got mine and don't find i've been bugged by constant mail. worth it definitely not necessarily for the packs but also for the online offers and sales you get for being a member xxx
