I'm 25 weeks and I haven't had a decent nights sleep in week (I know, I know this will be a fact of life when baby comes!).

I bought a sleep pillow which helped a bit, but I wake in the night with really painful achey back/bum/legs and even ankles.

I'm still working full time at the mo and it's getting harder and harder to drag myself through the week.

Any suggestions?!

Have you tried a pillow between your knees?

Hiya

Have you tried the bach flower remedy spray, i found it a godsend and couldnt have got this far without it (only 9 weeks but for weeks i was awake at 5am every morning and going to bed at 10-11pm, i was the walking dead). anyway someone on here recommended it to me and i cant believe i survived without it, just spray 2 squirts on your tongue before you go to bed and you sleep right through! worthy a try anyway!

I know how you feel-can't sleep either. Pillows help a bit, and it seems to do me good to have some exposure to midday outdoor light.

But yes, it's hell.

Thanks everyone, it's good to know I'm not alone!
Will have a look in Boots for the flower remedy.

Oh god. Tell me it doesn't get worse! I'm only 8 weeks and haven't had a decent night's sleep in a month. I am struggling to stay awake at work and am fit for nothing by evening time. I get to sleep no problem but wake up around 2am and just can't get back over. I really don't know how I'll cope if this keeps up for the whole 40 weeks!
