I am 38 weeks + first Baby and last night i got up for a wee and couldnt move for the pain of down below. The only way I can describe it is like some one has kicked me really hard, its tender, soar and hurts to walk ,move and sit etc. I started the raspberry tea last night to try and bring on labour, but instead i feel like i now can not do anything!

When I press my area it's feels tender almost a little fatter and spongy but so soar and cant understand why it hurts to walk!! Is this baby trying to make an appearance? I hope so !!

sounds like your baby's head has engaged. If you are worried, could you call the midwife and ask to see her?

could also be SPD/PGP, if it's in your joints/the front of your pelvis? My first spd symptom was feeling like I'd been kicked in the crotch by a donkey. But sounds like you should get it checked out by midwife to see what it is. Probably all part of the joy of pregnancy/labour/birth, I hope it all goes well and your baby comes soon!
