Which Vitamins?

Just wondering if you are taking a pregnancy vitamin supplement or just getting everything you need from your diet (apart from folic acid)? If you are taking a supplement, which one? The ingredients seem to vary quite a bit between brands.

Thanks
Pie :)

I was on the mega folic acid dosage of 5mg (prescription only) because of a previous NTD pregnancy. However I still took another vitamin supplement because I knew that due to morning sickness (aka constant nausea) I wouldn't be getting the best of diets early on. I haven't been taking the supplement as regualrly in the second and third trimesters but I do restart whenever I begin feeling a bit run down due to not enough sleep and/or not enough fruit and veg.

The brand I take is Pregnacare for no other reason that I'd taken it with my son and find the pills easy to swallow, plus it is good when breastfeeding as well.

Pregnacare plus. Remember you want something with 10mg vit D. :)

I barely remember to take Sanatogen Mother-to-Be tablets washed down with an Apple Spatone.

I'm taking a bit extra Vitamin D3 (ie/ 35mg a day) as I live in Northern Scotland and I haven't seen any sunshine for nearly a week! I go to the work in the dark and leave work in the dark :(

I was taking the Zita West Vitamfem vits (TTC ones) but have just finished them and dithering about what to move on to.

I've taken Pregnacare Plus all the way through but bought it either on 342 or from Amazon as it is expensive.
