Just a quick post wondering if anybody had any tips on this. my DD is a very good, and happy baby. she's just turned one and is obviously demanding a lot more attention. with tiredness being my only symptom in pregnancy again this time how can i keep on top of things without feeling so worn out!

She is still waking at least once a night, we are going to try her in her own room once its sorted out (is this the better option do to this before baby #2 comes along?)

We go to lots of playgroups, social things etc. but i just feel so tired!

I am also still part-breastfeeding (she's started on cows milk now and enjoys this but sometimes i still give her my milk especially the time when she wakes in the night..)
