i have had this on and off since the start on the pregnancy. i will get all bad and moody and then panicky (heart racing, hot flushes) and then will have to go and throw up usually after eating and at night time.
i am epileptic and at first though it was pre seizure feelings but obviously after now nearly 6 months without a seizure, figuring its just a similar sensation and my brain is panicking slightly.
i woke up this morning and had the feeling again and then started throwing up. its such a pita i know there is not a lot that can be done about it but just wondered if any one else had similar sensations, i am starting to feel a bit like a crazy person..
oh not a nervous puker, so not because of that.

Hi firstly I would go and get doubled checked by your GP to eliminate any physical cause. It could be anxiety too, I have found that my anxiety levels have gone supersonic to the point of vomiting. I have found that going back to basics with stress management has helped - warm bath, relaxation CDs, getting plenty of sleep, regular meals, gentle exercise, puzzles to take my mind off stuff, challenging weird thoughts etc. Its hard somedays because the panic seems to rise from nowhere and my ability to tackle it is a bit depleted. You really just have to take it easy and look after yourself, having a baby is a major life change and it has a few side effects as I've discovered :) take care xxx
