Help! Pregnant but boobs don't hurt. And got period pains.

Hi, I'm 5 weeks pregnant with no symptoms plus today I've started to get period type cramps. I had them when I got pregnant with my DS but I also had really sore, swollen boobs. This time around, my boobs haven't changed at all - no tenderness, nothing.

I'm really starting to worry about this. Can you be pregnant, NOT have sore boobs and still not miscarry?? :(

Yes. Every pregnancy is different as is every day. One day my boobs ache, next day they don't. I had period cramps around 4-5 weeks. Lasted around 4 days and was accompanied be occasional brown discharge. My MW assures me it was the baby implanting.

Please try not to worry. I never ever had painful/achey boobs. I only ever got symptoms about 8 weeks (sickness kicked in but was mild), but before then I had loads of cramping (even spotting at 6 weeks with both my DD's).

Try not to worry! I had sore boob with my first pregnancy and never again with the others. I always wondered if it's a first time around thing. Good luck!

Thanks, it's a relief to hear that I'm not the only one. The cramping scared me to death with my first pregnancy - I was absolutely convinced that a mc was imminent :( This time around, I would be ok about that if it wasn't for the complete lack of boob pain. Will try not to worry til something happens though. Thanks again :)
