Despite reading some reviews on both MN and other websites, I decided to order through Bambino Direct for my car seat base. I also directed a family member, who had very kindly offered to buy our pushchair for us, to buy it from there as well.
Have been worried that they all wouldn't arrive and baby would be carried home from hospital in a cardboard box but pushchair ordered last Thursday evening arrived yesterday and carseat base ordered Saturday arrived just now. That's another thing ticked off the list, now just have to order the cot mattress and I think we're there.
Just hope I like the bloody pushchair now, have had a play on it at a local shop and also have seen it in action (and the lovely Mum pushing it didn't mind me accosting her for a review - she was raving about it) so hoping all will be well - went for the Britax B-Dual in the hope that if we're fortunate to have another baby in the future, we won't need to change pushchairs.
