Hi, I'm 14+4 with baby no 2.

Feeling very tender, swollen & uncomfortable in the abdominal area. Not constipation as have had no issues in that department. Guess that is why I'm concerned. I feel "heavy" (does that make sense?) and it is painful to sit down at times or if i lean against things, can feel uncomfortable walking, coughing and lifting DS1.

Is it worth ringing the MW? Don't remember feeling like this with DS1.

Any thoughts peeps? Don't want to worry about something that might be nothing!!!

If in doubt, ring MW.

Could be a UTI. Could be something like PGP or SPD starting up. Or it could be something else totally.

If it were me, I'd be ringing just to rule out a UTI if nothing else.

Hope it gets resolved soon xxx

Good! :)
I hope it's a passing thing, but keep reporting issues if they're happening. PGP/SPD can be pretty crippling and the earlier you catch it the better.
