Has anyone had a false negative with Clear Blue?

I am 6 days late today (day 38 and I normally have a 32 day cycle) and tested on Wednesday. It was negative but AF hasn't come. I'm not sure when I o'd this month but it's normally around day 20-21. How likely is it that it was a false negative?

Didn't get a false negative with Clear Blue - but did with the £1 kits from the Pound Land!! Did you test first thing in the morning - it really is the only time to test early on. Good luck xxxx

Thanks for your help, Simplyred. I tested in the afternoon. Af still isn't here. I'll wait a few more days and test with FMU this time!
