Bleeding at 11ish weeks

Hi, I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and yesterday I started bleeding. Nothing heavy but it's more than a few spots blood. It looks like old blood as it's brown in colour. I had a scare at 7 weeks when the same thing happened and lasted 3 days. The doctor said I had a threathened miscarriage and I want to the EPU.

The EPU scan at 7 weeks said everything was fine and the midwife said to hope that the bleeding stopped, which it did but now it's back. I haven't had any cramps with the bleeding. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms either, except for going to bed very early in the evenings though I've never been a night owl.

This is my first pregnancy and it all seems very worrying. Has anyone had a similar experience or have any advice?

I had a bleed around 8 weeks then 13 weeks and ds was fine, you should go get checked out though, mine were around when my cycle would have been, very worrying when it happens though, hope you're ok.

I had a bleed from 9-11 weeks, it turned out to be an abrasion on my cervix, I was doing too much apparently

Thanks for all the reassurance, it really helps. The bleeding, though not heavy, is continous and has got heavier since Wednesday. The mid-wife told me to go straight to A&E today which felt pretty scary. They did tests but can't scan me until Tuesday.

I had an EPS at 7-weeks so I guess I'm not a high priority as they know it's not ectopic. Waiting until Tuesday seems like an eternity so we've booked a private scan for tomorrow afternoon. In a way it's reassurring that I had a similar thing at 7-weeks and everything was ok then, but this time it's heavier so trying not to go insane with worry.
