I found these made me feel sick. Is this for low iron? Spatone or floradix are much more agreeable and work faster IME (a few days).

Are you taking them with food? A lot of people say they make you feel sick but I've always taken them with dinner and I felt OK.

Agree with Iggly. Are they for iron or as a general top up?

I only took a couple of days to start feeling better but I was 12, so slightly higher than you.

Ps feel better soon!

Always take them with food, I started taking mine at night as that's when I took my other meds and it made me feel ill so now swapped to taking all of them with my breakfast. Also, when you take them, take them with fresh orange juice, the vitamin C helps to get the iron into your blood quicker. My Dad had low iron levels and this is what his doctor told him to do and my midwife concurred.

i would expect 10 days + to feel better tbh ...i am 9 too and after a week no sign ...

Been taking these for 5 days now. When they have made others feel sick is it just after you have taken it or generally throughout the day? I have tried to take mine with food in the evening but been feeling a bit nauseous during the day not sure of the iron or not??
