hiya ... I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins I have a bump .. Is this normal ? I am feeling very fat lately also I can't get comfterble of a night time, I'm constantly waking up tossing and turning and waking to go to the toilet aswell... Im thinking how will I cope when I have a huge bump as I'm not feeling great now... I have a lil boy who is 2 and a half and he keeps me on my feet bless him !!!

I am not having twins but have two sacs, one empty, both measuring for 10weeks and I have a bump to. Not overly noticeable but me and my family definitely see it. I am similarly having trouble sleeping. Getting comfortable takes ages then I wake up for loo and cannot get back to sleep. Then there is the constant nausea, constipation, aversion to all foods, exhaustion......... Don't like to complain!
