What's your opinion?

Am booked here for our first baby, so not experienced it in the full throes of labour yet. BUT all midwives I have met so far have been lovely, and 3 of my friends have had their babies here + all had a really good experience.

Will be interested to hear from other people who've been there.

Same as kdiddy really, other friends have had good experiences there, and I was born there too!
I havn't actually been in whilst pregnant as have my scans and antenatal appointments at Withington and my GPs. Looking forward to seeing it at the hospital tour, I am hoping to use the Midwife Led bit.

I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my first and i've found Wythenshawe brill so far, some people moan but i think some people would just moan wherever they are lol all the staff have been great with me and i've never had to wait long!

Myself and my boyfriend were both born there so i wouldn't consider anywhere else, we were both christened at the same church in Timperley so having bubba done there aswell, i think it's really sweet us all at the same places ;) x

Hi Thumbelina, I'm booked into Wythenshawe and feel happy with the choice, dsis has had her two there and been fine, and the staff all seem really friendly. I quite like their policy of kicking you out if you're ready to leave too, as am due around Christmas I don't want to be kept in. Same as Lauren, looking forward to the tour and hope to use a birthing pool although apparently they expect to be very busy in December, every other woman is pregnant it seems!
