Does the skull look normal?

I had a miscarriage last year and the cause was due to a build up of fluid around the babies skull. This was seen as a bubble around the head. I had a scan on Monday at 10weeks and the midwife (not a sonographer) said she couldn't see any obvious problems but she wasn't trained to see these things. If she had any suspicion of anything being wrong she said she would get a sonographer to come along for a look. I was pleased it looked nothing like the picture from last year although last year the baby was side on and this time the picture is front facing. When I looked at the photographs last night some doubt came into my head. I am worried the outline of what looks like the skull is fluid. Does anyone recall there scan picture looking like this one,

I think you need to ask an expert, scan pics are hard to read at the best of times. Can you get an appt with a consultant. I'm sure it must very stressful for you.
