Hiya I'm 14 + 3 weeks, in the first 9 weeks I put on a shocking stone. Then between week 10-12 I lost 5lbs - not due to morning sickness as I didn't get any. In the last 2 weeks my weight hasn't changed. I think the initial stone was down to water retention as inwas sooooo bloated - but thus has now gone down.
Just wondering if I should be gaining weight each week even just a little or is it ok that for two weeks I havnt put on anything.
With all the ups and downs iv put on about 6lbs in total.
is this an ok weight gain?
Im eating heaps, but am walking about 40-50 minutes a day.
Should I maybe try to not walk as much?
Wow this is the first and probably last time I'll be worried about not putting on weight - pre pregnancy I would have killed to eat as many carbs as I'm eating and not gaining - god when it comes to bodies we are never satisfied lol
