Hi all
Ok- getting very annoyed at how much I am aching when I wake up in the morning. I am 20 weeks.
Originally was moving a lot in the night and waking up a lot to move around to try and get comfy- this lead to aching back, belly and hips and me getting quite tired.
So I got myself a maternity pillow which I love- mould myself around it and fall asleep immediately. But now I keep waking up in the early morning in exactly the same position I fall asleep in stiff as a board and it takes a while to coax my legs and back into action and they still ache when I get up.
I am not sure which was worse!
Any thoughts? Maybe I should try sleeping upside down like a bat!
