I've finally got the dreaded 'urge' to go and sit on the toilet to relieve my constipation!

Funny i was just saying to DP that they are going about stopping teen pregnancy the wrong way they should tell them about not being able to poo, perineum massage, varicose viens on the vulva n leaky boobs would put them off much more than a crying baby.
