its low, also so some back spasms been going on for a couple of days. baby is kicking fine and all. was walking yesterday and had the most strong sensation of pressure on my cervix.
took my breath away and made me feel faint any one else had anything like this?

How many weeks are you? I'm 36 weeks and lower backache started Saturday with cervix twinges starting Friday. And apparently baby is nearly fully engaged which explains it in my case! Maybe pop to your gp just to rule out a uti?

i am 23 weeks sorry. the pain is in stomach, the back spasms are coming and going. had the pressure sensation again today . is prob just baby stretching but coupled with the pain is making my brain go into over drive.

Get it checked out. It may be nothing but if it is the start of labour you will need steroids and you may be able to slow it down

It may also be a urine infection
