test results - can anyone explain?

I just got results from a vaginal swab and they said they found "scanty white blood cells". MW wasn't sure what this meant to is going to ask a dr but was wondering if anyone here knows? I know elevated white blood cells can suggest infection and now I'm worried. Can anyone help?
