Hello, can anyone give me advice please??? I am now 9 weeks pregnant and have had food aversions for a few weeks but for the last 3 days i have felt terribly nauseas. Cant even step foot in the kitchen and couldnt eat christmas dinner that dp cooked . Now I have terrible sulpher burps, feel like my tummy is a washing machine and am incredibly bloated. Do you think this is because I havent eaten for a few days and its made my tummy acids go mad.
I had a bug a few weeks ago and had the same thing after not eating then too???
I havent been sick but had a tiny weeny touch of diarrhea.
Thanks
Jess

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Are you drinking plenty?

I had a runny tum through my pregnancy - nothing wrong - its just me! Might me worth getting some youghat to settle your tum - could you eat plain youghat?? Failing that rehydration powders (in water)are good - you can get them at most shops boots/tescos etc. Hope the sickyness soon passes.

I could probably manage yogurt, if I held my nose lol. Washing machine tummy seems to have settled a bit but still ant face eating.I feel sorry for dp and ds who is 17 months as Ive pretty much ruined Christmas.

The nurse called me this morning (shes so lovely) and said that its all a knock on affect of morning sickness and due to the fact that I havent eaten.
I will definately buy some bio yog today, she said to eat some chicken....Ill have to try I spose.
Thanks for your advice.
Jess
