Got a faint line on weds, then re-tested fri and got a BFP!!! Boobs bit sore and constantly burping, but no other real symptoms (is the burping even a symptom)

Went away for dirty weekend and had sex on Saturday night and bled. It was proper blood. It more or less stopped when we finished, but had brown blood following day and a tiny little bit today.
I thought implantation? But surely not during sex!! Have I miscarried (still burping and boobs little sore)???

I did bleed a little with DD but never during sex. So much for dirty wkend!!

No idea what is going on down there. Can anyone help??

I had a pinkish discharge after sex with this one (DC3) quite early on, though not proper blood. If you're worried, talk to your midwife, though it may well be fine - your cervix is tender and your DP may have just bumped it, esp if you had deep penetration. Pregnant women bleed in those early weeks for all sorts of reason, not always m/c. But as I said, if you're worried speak to your midwife and she/he might refer you to the EPU for a reassurance scan.

Thanks.
I think im too early for that tho. Im only about 2 or 3 wks pg. I dont think they can scan that early can they?
I dont know how long i can re-test to see if still pg?

Sorry - didn't take in how early you are. A pg test will still work (up to 12 ish weeks until the HCG levels go down when the placenta takes over), but it won't help - you can still test positive after a mc. It's crap, but you'll just have to wait and see and keep your fingers (and maybe your legs!) crossed. Good luck.

I would say that unless you have a proper full on bleed coupled with pain, then it was probably just that sex irritated your cervix. You should be able to go to the early pregnancy unit at your hospital if you're still worried but phone them first and see what they say. Your GP should Be able to advise as well.

As others have said sex may have irritated your cervix. I had a bleed after sex before I knew I was pregnant with DS, I thought it was my period starting. I only done a test because the bleeding stopped and I got a BFP. Good luck!
