can your waters break without you having had a show??

would love some advice

Mine did, i don't remember ever having a show but i remember loosing my waters vividly[hangry], do you think your waters have gone?, you will know if you just lie down for a moment then sit up you get a whoosh. my waters broke 2 days before labour

Mine broke without a show, I was in established labour and it came with a whoosh, probably pushed the plug out with it, but I was too out of it to notice exactly what came out.
