Hello :)

Is anyone else due in June? I couldn't find a June thread on here so I'm starting my own. I'm due on the 2nd.

I'm pregnant with my first and although it wasn't a planned pregnancy I am now over the moon. At 8 weeks I've not had much sickness - it's been more just waves of nausea that come and go throughout the day. I'm also eating everything I can get my hands on!

Congratulations!! Grin

I'm due on the 13th June, this is my second pregnancy, unplanned but so excited!!

I'm a bit nervous though as my DS is almost 9, so it's been a good few years since I was last pregnant.

How are you feeling? I only found out on Thursday, I actually feel fine no sickness or anything.

ace2009 · 23/10/2011 22:51

I am also expecting 2nd June. This is my 4th. Am excited :) TBH I havent had any symptoms and feel great. I have 2 sons 12 & 10 from 1st marriage and 1 daughter age 2 with 2nd husband. I will be 41 and a half when baby born but really enjoy being older mum . Good Luck with everything :o

growyourown77 · 24/10/2011 09:34

Hi ladies! Congrats to you all! And thanks for starting this thread. I found out a week and a half ago and am just into week six, due date (as calculated on the NHS choices website) is 22 June.

It's our first baby, so feeling excited and nervous a the same time. We've not told anyone yet, apart from my yoga teacher as I had to ask her about modifying what I do in class.

I'm not feeling any sickness (yet), but my boobs are tender, I have been feeling hungry all the time and strangely don't fancy a glass of wine at all! :)

Is anyone else feeling hungry all the time (or is it just my obsession with watching Masterchef?!)

Warlin · 24/10/2011 11:41

Hi Ladies

Congratulations everyone! I am currently into my 7th week (after 1.5 years TTC and 6 months on clomid) so very excited but nervous too. We have our first scan next Wed so really want it to go ok. We have told close family and that's all so far but I'm dying to tell friends!

I feel very bloated (needing to undo my trouser button all the time!). Think this is prob fluid but really uncomfortable...feel so fat! Other than that, I haven't had any sickness..just sore breasts and a little bit of nausea. I'm hungry but there's lots I just don't want to eat.

I've had some cramping though on and off...nothing severe but can just feel slight pains every now and then. Has anyone else had that? I've read that this is normal but it's still making me worry about miscarriage. Just really want to get to 12 weeks and relax a bit!

Warlin · 24/10/2011 11:41

Ps...due date is around 15th June)

millyv · 24/10/2011 11:44

Hello ladies!

Congratulations on your pregnancies!

If you go onto the topic antenatal, then there is a really good thread on there with loads of ladies due in June!

X

Hello!
I'm due on 9th June - it's slowly starting to sink in although I don't feel in the slightest bit pregnant! Am very reassured to see other people on here saying that they haven't had any symptoms though, as I also don't have any and am absolutely paranoid that something's wrong. I'm not normally an anxious person at all and am hoping I'll calm down after the 12 week scan as 9 months of fretting isn't going to be fun! Blush

misslaughalot · 24/10/2011 16:09

I'll join this thread! Found out I was pregnant on Saturday (after getting a negative result the weekend before) and according to the GP I will be due around 20 June if all goes to plan. Have midwife appt in 2 weeks, and really need to hear someone else tell me that it's actually happening. This is my first and we've been trying for a few months, so excited!
No symptoms for me either yet...hoping the whole morning sickness aspect might pass me by...

growyourown77 · 24/10/2011 16:45

Warlin - I've had v light cramping too but gp wasn't worried at all. I guess it's all hormone changes. :)

misslaughalot - you've got a quick midwife appt, nice one! i've got to wait until 25th Nov. That's why i decided to come on here, otherwise i'll drive my husband crazy.

misslaughalot · 24/10/2011 17:17

growyourown77 I know! I probably could have had one next week but she's on holiday. Think the next 2 weeks will crawl by...just feel like anyone could have got to the stage I'm at by saying the right things to the doctor. I need someone else to prove it to me!
It's great to hear from someone else in the same position as me!

Alligatorpie · 24/10/2011 19:16

I am due June 17th. This is my second pregnancy, my dd is five. We have just moved to a country where we don't speak the language, so I am a bit anxious about how things will go. We got pg the first month we tried, so am pretty excited.

piaf78 · 24/10/2011 21:08

I'm due June 17th too! Second for me, ds is 4. I'm getting married in 5 weeks so I should have a nice bump for the pics! We started trying based on the assumption that on average it takes about a year but I got my coil out August , had one period and then here we are, much sooner than expected. My wee boy wasn't planned as such so have never been consciously trying before IYSWIM?

This time I feel much more nauseous and feel like I am more tired but it may just be my circumstances are different? Is fiance's first baby and he is very excited and is being really sweet and supportive and doing the lions share round the house as I am just so bloody exhausted all the time.

I've booked a private scan for next wednesday because I'm a bit anxious this time, I think I never really understood how lucky i was last time if that makes any sense?

Brightonstarfish · 25/10/2011 22:15

Hi Ladies, congratulations to you all :)

I am so glad I have found a thread DIJ, I am due on the 9th of June with our first! Still getting use to the idea, although very excited. Be great to chat through experiences, as we have made the decision not to tell anyone until we have the 12 week scan. So feeling a little isolated! Espically as lots of my girlfriends have had babies and I could really do with their advice right now!! LOL!

Although so far so good :) no morning sickness, just tiredness and feeling a little like a taxi driver for hubby! Had an interesting one at the weekend burst into tears for no reason what so ever although felt fine in myself! Guess thats normal....

karron · 26/10/2011 12:20

Hi,
Just returned from the midwifes for my booking in appointment and I am due 6th June. This is my second pregnancy and my little boy is currently 14 months. We weren't trying for a baby and has come as a complete shock. As yet more paniced than excited. Not looking forward to telling work as have only been back 7 weeks.

CrackersandCheese · 26/10/2011 13:50

Hello, may I join too? I am due on 9 June, it is my first and I can't really believe it - been trying for ages and was about to start IVF so it is VERY good timing! Finding it a bit hard to get my head round though.

Warlin I have also been having pains, especially at the start, I was really worried the first couple of weeks but all seems OK so far.

Annakin I have been getting very tired, and feeling sick sometimes, going to work has been a real effort. I don't really have any tips other than going to bed early (and for the sickness, eating lots of marmite)

Good luck everyone

Hi I;m due 14th June. (Although early scan suggested 18th).
A bit of a surprise but really happy. 1st pregnancy.
Sickness on and off (mostly on!)
Lie down by 4pm usually!

Silverfern · 28/10/2011 22:51

Hello fellow mummy's to be,
I'm 6 weeks today and apparently due on the 22nd June, first time round. Very excited and dying to tell everyone but trying to keep schtump! So far no nausea but feel exhausted all the time, especially after tube journeys, after lunch etc. quite irrationally lost it with a work colleague during the week...whoops! Also feeling very crampy, like the first day of a period although after trawling through the net apparently this is normal?!

blushingmare · 29/10/2011 05:09

Hello June m2bs!
I had my booking appt yesterday and mw reckons I'm due on 3rd not 9th (I'm not convinced by this, but hey ho!)
The good and bad news is she's booked me in for an early scan on Monday..... I had (the tiniest, tiniest amount of) bleeding after dtd last week and when I told her she just phoned the epu and booked me in straight away. I was a bit shocked she took it so seriously, as it was so tiny and my own bit of (google) research had suggested it wasn't something to stress about, but she said I should have gone to A&E Confused
But anyway, am glad to be offered a scan as I've had very few pregnancy symptoms so far, the few I have had (tiredness and sore boobs) have completely disappeared this week. I'm worrying myself stupid and have totally convinced myself I've had a mc, so it'll be good to know one way or the other in Monday Sad
Hope you other ladies are getting on well

shellywellybaby1 · 15/11/2011 13:41

Hey everyone! Congratualtions!

I am due 26th June so about 8 weeks now! first pregnancy, wasn't planned at all but we are both very happy.

I have been sick and felt really nauseous at times but for the past few days i have felt fine - just shattered.. i don't have sore boobs or any other symptoms now, so jus a bit worried. Can this happen? i will see the midwife next monday, should i raise my concerns with her?

Thanks everyone xx

KatherineCam · 15/11/2011 15:58

I am 7w5d and have no symptoms as well. I am more tired and was a bit nauseous last week but this is it. My boobs are slightly bigger then usual but not sore. I have more appetite this week which is good as i want to get back the 2 kilos I lost recently. This is my second pregnancy.
