Im 4+4 and have been feeling really sick for the past few days. This is DC3 and I didn't have any with the 2 boys.

I've tried Ginger which doesn't help that much and anything that smells or tastes like mint is awful, makes me feel much worse.

I'm after any tips really to help get over the next however many weeks of morning sickness.

Thanks.

Carrs water biscuits nibbled slowly and sips of milk helped me. Also chewing gum was my saviour but I suspect not yours.

Probably not good for either teeth or waistline but, the only thing I actually enjoyed for 9 months with DS was Coke. The fizz seemed to strip my tongue of the horrible taste for a few precios minutes while I was drinking it.
Sorry!

Ritz crackers and salted popcorn worked for me. Eat something before you get out of bed in the morning.

I couldn't handle ginger: try some (mild) mints to see if they help.

The only things that have helped me is taking it as easy as possible (tiredness leads to more nausea), eating something sweet before I get up and eating small amount often.

Lucozade seems to be the only thing at the minute but I know it's got far too much sugar in it to be good.

Mini cheddars, salt n vinegar crisps and breadsticks helped me

Don't worry about the lucozade, if it helps drink it.

I do sympathise ! Not much helping me at the moment, except plain food like jacket pots and white pasta. Also orange squash with plenty of ice. The only relief I really get is while eating it though ! Oh and for about half an hour in the evenings ! There are some good suggestions on babycentre website.

Hi I tried all the normal stuff like ginger biscuits, crackers, dry bread and nothing worked. I now live on at 15+6 weeks fizzy fruit water and pickled onion monster munch that have to be eaten on the hour every hour. You will get through it though hun or at least manage it better. Sending you much lo e as I know it's awful x
