Slow heartbeat at 9 weeks

Hi all, does anyone know about the relative importance of heart beat rates? I'm on the freak out thread as I'm 9 weeks with number one following an mmc in April, so be gentle (but honest)!

We had a scan yesterday and measured right for 9 weeks, got all the forms etc (I'm in france so it's all a bit different here) but looking at the scan it says 111bpm, which google tells me is bad.

BTW the gyne didn't seem at all concerned and said everything looked fine, showed us the heartbeat and the little bean leaping about, but didn't mention the actual heart rate. Am I just panicking or should I be worried?

Step away from google. It really will be your undoing.

What did the sonographer say about it? Was s/he happy that all was ok?

X-posted.

If the gynae thinks eerything is ok, then it probably is. No gurentees of course, but please, stop googling.
