Braxton Hicks/Practice contractions - pain above pubic bone?

Is it normal for the 'pain'/discomfort to concentrate just above the pubic bone?
Or should I be worried about previous CS scar?

I'm not especially worried at present as there's no pain when the contractions not happening, but wondering if it's an indication there might be problems in labour?

i got these pains today and boy they hurt! so i searched it on google and alot of people are saying there doctors have just told them it's normal and the baby is just moving lower. i also have a previous cs scar, i wouldnt worry too much, it's just buba getting ready for when the day comes. Maybe it could mean quicker labour for us to, lets hope so lol
good luck x

That's good to hear loverocky. I never had Braxton Hick with my first baby, and had a back to back labour before the emcs, so this is a new feeling entirely for me and I've nothing to compare it against!
