my preg test says 2-3 weks but i always thought you automatically started at 4 weeks from a missed period. my last period started 24th august. when am i due?

AFAIK a pregnancy test will date you from conception whereas your actual due date is worked out from the date you started your last period. So on a normal 28 day cycle, by the time AF is due, you'll be 4 weeks!

You count from the first day of last period so you need to count from august 24th and that makes you 6weeks + 1 day pregnant today!!

as above the pregnancy tests count from conception. but your doctor/midwife will go from 24th august.

You haven't read the instructions on the clearblue! those tests date you from ovulation.
so 2-3 on a clearblue is the same as 4-5 from last period. There's a little chart about this on the instruction leaflet if you are unsure.
