Best maternity over bump skinny jeans and jeggings??

Any recommendations?? So far i've tried Next and Topshops and they were not great. Too bulky or heavy.

I'm lookin for something light and stretchy, so even jeggings would be great.

I don't like the ones with the side panels or the band that is a couple inches, i only like the jeans with the full bump cover.

Thanks so much! x

Just want to add, i looked up next online and the skinny jeans they have online were not in the store i was in. The store had only two types of jeans. So maybe if anyone has tried the skinnies would they let us know what they were like. Ta.

This may be of no help whatsoever! But we were on hol in the states 2 weeks ago, bought some over the bump jeans, very comfy from Macy's. Sorry.

ReelAroundTheFountain · 05/10/2011 18:44

I've got two pairs of M&S skinny over the bump maternity jeans and I love them. vvv comfortable, only available online.

starjules · 05/10/2011 18:54

Another vote for H&M ones they are fab and really soft. The over the bump material is nice and big and almost fits under my bra!

MiauMau · 05/10/2011 20:16

I love the Mamas and Papa's jeans, they're extra soft, comfy, in several leg lengths (great for me as I am a bit of a short ass) and they have an extra feature that allows you to tighten or loosen then according to bump size. Got some really cheap ones on sale, which is a plus :D

toddlerama · 05/10/2011 20:17

H&M are brilliant

kirsty12321 · 05/10/2011 22:08

Got an amazing pair of faded black skinny jeans (more like jeggins tho- v v stretchy) in Gap today with a fantastic huge bump band :) I've searched everywhere and these are new in! Fantastic!

KellyKettle · 05/10/2011 22:19

H&M black jeggings. £14.99, very comfy and look nice. I live in mine.

Beesok · 05/10/2011 22:36

got a fantastic pair from Zara Maternity! I sort of picked up in the sale at £19 not entirely convinced but tried them on at home and have been living in them ever since ;)

miskatonic · 06/10/2011 09:23

I got a pair of Gap 'Always Skinny' jeans with an over the bump panel. They are comfy and quite thin so almost like jeggings. I found them to be a big fit though so you might need to get a smaller size. Also got a cheap pair from New Look and wouldn't recommend them!

ciwi · 06/10/2011 09:33

Also struggling with the same thing, I have ordered the next skinny ones, they should come today so I will let you know what they are like.

justhayley · 06/10/2011 13:11

Yet another vote for H&M I'm wearing mine right now :) comfortable and they are really reasonable, think mine were under £20! there maternity leggins are great as well - my only issue was the space for the bump was v big so know good for early pregnancy when u just feel uncomfortable and look like uv developed a beer belly - well that's me anyway lol

LivinInTheMoment · 06/10/2011 16:47

Thanks for all the advise ladies! Lookin forward to going shoppin now.

I love Asos maternity wear. Their skinny jeans a amazing

ciwi · 07/10/2011 18:01

Still haven't arrived :( Got to wait till monday now and live in the only pair of jeans that fit over the weekend.

LivinInTheMoment · 08/10/2011 13:21

HollyPockett, which jeans did u get? i was lookin at ASOS but all the models are wearing fake bumps, so i didn't really trust the jeans to be all that comfy.

Ciwi, aww sucks, hope they are worth the wait

livin my next ones ended up not being over the bump so I sent them back. I ended up getting a pair from mother care, they are quite expensive at 60 quid Shock but the bump panel is removable so you can wear them after too. They are comfy, look nice and don't fall down!

Spellcheck · 20/10/2011 19:24

I bought the Next skinny jeans, fit quite nicely on the legs but the material isn't great, the band is terrible, it just digs in and they fall down all the time - hate, hate, hate them!!

Brilliant to see the other suggestions, thanks!!

lucidlady · 20/10/2011 19:32

I got an amazing pair from Boden, think they were about £40. So comfy!

MarathonMama · 21/10/2011 12:58

Got my from H&M - £29.99 - nice and skinny, fairly light and over the bump

heartmoonshadow · 21/10/2011 14:55
