As the title says...

Baby has always been an active little thing but since yesterday morning it seems to have gone into overdrive. Bump feels sore and bruised and I have been getting quite a lot of Braxton Hicks, although I can't see a pattern to them as such.

Does this sound normal? Something to be concerned about?

Feeling quite uncomfortable and trying not to worry...

I think you need to speak to the midwife as sometimes an increase in movement can indicate that the baby is not happy, the midwife will not mind you checking with her even at the weekend :)

seconded.

any change in movement can be bad, so get in touch with the midwife (or triage if she's not available)

all the numbers you need will be on the front of your notes.
