sooooooo bloated

i am ok in a morning but feel worse and worse as the day goes on. So uncomfortable it is like i can't get enough breath in. My belly is rock hard and so high and i only 24 weeks, can't bear much more. Keep getting constipation too. Help anyone?

I had this to - I found it got much better after 26 weeks. I also found after a little research that this breathlessness is more common if your carrying a girl - but I've no idea why!

I feel the same, very bloated and breathless, im 26 weeks and carrying a girl.

I have read an old thread where glycerin suppositries were recommended for constipation. I have bought some today but it says if you are pg to use under advice of your doc. I am confused, anyone any advice on them, anyone used them?
