multi-vitamin/mineral supplements without iron

Does anyone have ideas of supplements (that don't contain iron) that are ok to take in pregnancy? I've stopped taking the (superdrug version of) pregnacare now that I'm 22 weeks as the iron was clogging me up (am going to try spatone instead).
Advice in the purple book says avoid any multivitamins which contain vitamin A - but they all seem to!
I wouldn't worry if I were eating well but my digestive system isn't happy at the moment - so I'm off beans/pulses etc and I'm vegetarian (no fish either) and generally aren't eating as well as I normally would.
Any thoughts?

Could you try a fibre supplement to counteract the iron instead of avoiding iron? You might be able to get one on prescription so you don't have to pay.

I like the Sanatogen Mother to be ones (although they do contain iron). I also take their omega 3 as well, and I THINK that the oil is supposed to help with digestion too, although my baby brain is rubbish this time round so I may have made that up Grin

I have found my digestion slow too, but as the Mum to be vitamins only have 100% RDA of iron, I'm not sure I can say this is the cause. If you are getting plenty of fibre and water, then this should help to keep things moving.
