Early second trimester and pain?

I've had lots of period type pains for the last two days, and (TMI) lots and lots of pinkish discharge. Paracetamol takes the pains away.

Am I okay to assume stretching pains and this is normal, or do I need to do something else? I'm nearly 14w.

How's the bleeding?

MsScarlettInTheLibrary · 25/09/2011 10:32

pinkish/brownish discharge, wouldn't say it was bleeding really, but it's not usual for me.

Sorry to hear that. I was thinking of calling the MW tomorrow if it doesn't stop. I was only in the AN clinic a few days ago having my nuchal scan.

No, it's not normal and you need to see your midwife asap.
