i am 37+1 weeks pregnant and i have had an upset stomach for the past 3 days and this morning i am feeling really sick, i had my first baby my dd 2 weeks early, could this be the start?

no idea but I'm 35+2 with my first and I've had the same thing so maybe it's just a bug going around?
