You know the ones that heat up and vibrate.

I've got a real achey pain in my lower back, bit like period pains and I know this will get rid of it but not sure if it's ok?

It's just theres certain Tens machines you can't use in pg isn't there and I was also told not to go in Jacuzzi's because of the vibration.
