so we've had lots of pfb stories that make me hoot on a very regular basis; how about some shameful precious pregnancy behaviour?
You may nominate self or others (I'm guessing there will be lots if SILs!)
My turn first, which I remembered today as it's dd1's 10th birthday and I was thinking about my stay in hospital. In my defence, I had grade 4 placenta praevia and had been incarcerated for 6 weeks prior to birth in an old-style ward (think Carry On Prisoner Cell Block H). A girl 2 beds down caught a cold the week before my elective section was due. I was so mad with being in hospital and desperate to have the baby, I threw a tantrum asked her to move beds to the other end of the ward in case I caught her cold and couldn't be operated on.
