12 weeks pregnant, problem with blood tests? confused!

Hii everyone!!

Im now 12+2 and today had a call about my blood test results, on the scan everything was seen as normal. But now they are saying my blood results may mean my baby is going to be small and i need to go for some growth scans?

They didnt tell me much information and i now have to wait until my 20 week scan to see what is going on... has anyone been through similar? xxxx

I think you should get in touch with your midwife and ask for further details about the results and what they mean. Perhaps ask for a brief appointment to go over the results.
I have a blood condition that means that I will need growth scans later on, but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the baby, just they will have to check that it is getting an adequate blood supply from the placenta.
