I woke up this morning, as I was walking to the next room, I slipped and fell on my side, hurting my wrist. I calle my MW, she said I should be fine, considering the severity of my fall wasnt so severe. Though she of course, tells me I should go to the ER if it will ease my mind.

I hour later, I felt a little throbbing in my pelvic area..

could it be just a muscle ache, possibly I pulled in when I fell???

no cramping .. but should I be more concerned.

I'd go with your gut instinct, but I suppose you should go to hospital to be safe
Throbbing could be muscular, I used to get cramping feelings all the time in the first few months
Hope you are okay

If the pain gets any worse I think you should nip to a&e just to be safe

go to the hospital incase - my accident at 25 weeks taught me better safe than sorry. worry for a day or till ur next scan.

I'd wait until the morning and phone the early pregnancy unit (if they have one) and get a scan booked). A&E will only refer you to there, so you may as well save yourself the wait.

Poochina how are you feeling now?

POOCHINA · 11/12/2005 21:54

I am feeling better since this morning, THANX

I will be seeing my MW tom. for a sono, just to put my worries to rest. But I think everything is ok.. I have been relaxing most of the day.

Hi hope your sono goes well. I fell at around then and thought nothing of it babe was fine got checked. Later at 27 weeks I developed pelvis pain which I thought was Pubis S, I saw physio who said it was most likely connected to my earlier fall where I had strained a muscle in my back as I fell. She said its common to experience pain elsewhere and not always at source of injury. You could ask to be referred i found the advice and belt useful, otherwise bear this in mind for later. HTH

Take care - kind thoughts for you and your little one.
