urgent help finding a central london pub that serves no/low alcohol beer

HELP,
I really really need some help. Can anyone in London remember a place that serves non-alcoholic beer. I always thought that everywhere served kaliber but apparently not. And if I am to pull off this subterfuge this evening then I am going to need some assistance.
Most helpful recommendations welcome, would be especially pleased if it was a kind of boozer type place- you know comforting Christmas drinks surrounding, so ideally no chain pubs.
Come on mumsnet I am relying on you!
Thanks!

take a glass of wine or beer, have one sip then leave it somewhere

People will only notice if you decline

then they will instantly KNOW you are pg

J2Os, look like alcopops but with no alcohol, only the non-drinkers really know about this.

Or get a Coke and say it's got vodka in it.

What subterfuge?

mme, have thought of trying to get away with this but this is a group of five of us around the table, all (including me) renowned party people. It's a mini xmas traditoin and last year I had 5 pints and a kebab!

Tell them you're on antibiotics.

Thought the same thing about the coke only on gin and tonic type stakes.....
Ah well will have to try and pretend I am drinking methinks...

I am just quite worried that all the excuses will be seen though.... I have know these people over 12 years, close mates and..... well I don't exactly have a record on not drinking (even whilst on antbiotics tbh), they'd soooo be suspicous and then ask me if I was pregnant and well (oh god I ma making this so much more complicated than it has to be.....) just the thing is I am absolutley not ready to tell anyone yet

For the rest, do what I used to and get the barman to pour a J2O into a glass and you say it is an alcopop that you really like. Or you get a Coke and say you fancied vodka or something. They usually don't question that. At parties no-one really counts your drinks anyway.
